Welcome to Stimkits

New regulations have been enacted in the Eurozone that now require us to pay all VAT's and landing fees due and owing on all shipments into the Eurozone upfront at the time of shipment. These fees are charged to the originating shipper and collected by the US Postal service and then presumably transferred on to your countries customs officials. We will not absorb these costs. Effective immediately, the following additional terms and conditions of sale will apply to all shipments into the Eurozone.

Before your order ships you be sent via email, an invoice for the landing fees based upon the exact amount collected by the US Postal System at the time the shipping label was created for your order plus a $20.00 USD processing fee to cover any transactional and time costs incurred by Stimkits. The invoice will be created manually via Stripe which is our online processing service and sent to the email address you provided at the time you placed your order. Your order will not ship until we have received notification from our financial institution that the payment has cleared.

In the event you cancel your order after it has been shipped or choose to return your order, Stimkits has NO ability to get it back after it has been placed with the postal system for shipment. Stimkits will only issue a refund after the merchandise is returned and we have physical possession of the merchandise at our facility. Stimkits will only refund the purchase the purchase price of the merchandise and will only issue a refund in that amount. Stimkits is not liable for, nor will Stimkits refund any shipping and/or landing fees. We are not in possession of those funds. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the individual to apply to their respective customs agencies for return of those funds.
